Short Job Description

Possesses at least one specialty skill for performing general engineering tasks. Responsibilities may include painting, carpentry, plumbing, sanitary piping, electrical and sound systems, heating, refrigeration and air–conditioning systems, bowling and cinema equipment, lighting systems, masonry, cement work, welding, roofing and related work. Incumbents may work independently, under supervision as a crafts worker, or lead worker that acts as a point person of a specific maintenance field.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least a 2 year Vocational/Technical course
• Has good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Preferably with related experience in carpentry and masonry
