JOB DEFINITION:

Responsible for ensuring the overall well-being of associates
in the company. Provides basic healthcare to services
promote health and aid with recovery by treating injuries, assessing environmental exposure risks, and by providing awareness and encouragement to the associate to lead a
healthy lifestyle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered nurse
• Preferably with BOSH Training for Nursing Graduate
• Has good judgment and customer service orientation
• No work experience required

Administers, supervises, directs and coordinates the entire operations and maintenance of the building including its amenities, utilities and equipment. Supervises electrical, mechanical, and civil works and major technical repairs including both construction and maintenance, and the implementation of the sanitary and security standards of the entire building.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Civil
• Has knowledge on Building Administrators Code of ethics and Building Construction
• Has good leadership and analytical skills
• Has at least 2 years related work experience

Ensures that proper and accurate dispensing of medicines is observed in the branch. Provides continuous product
knowledge and proper dispensing techniques to the staff. Assists the Supervisor in the supervision and evaluation of
all associates to ensure attainment of productivity and standards in customer service, housekeeping, merchandising,
paperwork completion, and store inventory.

Qualification

• Registered Pharmacist
• Has good leadership and decision making skills
• No work experience required

Prepares meats, such as beef and pork, according to the FIAP standard cuts and procedures.

Drives company owned vehicle safely and securely transports associates, merchandise, trade and non-trade supplies foods to and from different locations.

Responsible in overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for the business unit to achieve the overall corporate sales objective by coordinating with the suppliers and creating customer value plans.
